3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted fulfilment and delivery partners to ship orders.

Delivery times may vary due to customs, busy periods, or unforeseen carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once the order has left our fulfilment centre but we will always assist with tracking and support.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with EU consumer law.
Returned items must be:

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
